Billing

Billing Policy

This Billing Policy explains how iTsChat handles on-demand resource credit purchases, recurring paid access, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, support-first refund review, and billing-support requests at launch.

Effective date: April 22, 2026

Payment Processor and Billing Descriptor

iTsChat uses third-party payment processors to process purchases, recurring plans, fraud checks, taxes where applicable, refunds, chargebacks, and billing support. The payment processor shown at checkout may change over time.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment method details are handled by the payment processor.

The billing descriptor shown on your bank or card statement may appear as iTs Media LLC, iTsChat, the payment processor, or another descriptor disclosed at checkout or in your receipt.

One-Time Resource Credit Purchases

iTsChat may offer one-time resource credit purchases. One-time resource credit purchases are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew.

Credits are digital access units used inside the Service. Credits have no cash value, are not stored-value accounts, are not bank deposits, are not transferable, and may not be resold.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, unused credits remain available in your account while your account remains active and in good standing. We may limit, suspend, expire, or remove credits if required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, chargebacks, legal compliance, provider-policy compliance, abuse prevention, or service discontinuation.

Recurring Plans and Automatic Renewal

iTsChat may offer recurring paid plans that provide periodic access, resource credits, usage allotments, or other paid features. Recurring plans automatically renew until canceled.

Before you complete checkout for a recurring plan, we will show the material billing terms for that plan, including the price, billing interval, renewal timing, included credits or features, and cancellation method.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize iTs Media LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan terms shown at checkout, until you cancel or the plan is otherwise terminated.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring plan through the account or billing-management tools made available in the Service. If self-serve cancellation is unavailable or not working, you may request cancellation by contacting support@itsmedia.net.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid, and your current paid access may continue through the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel close to a renewal date, the cancellation may not prevent a charge that has already been submitted for processing. If that happens, contact support so we can review the billing record.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals, technical checkout problems, or other account-specific situations where a refund is appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed for used credits, consumed usage, account suspensions caused by Terms violations, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or attempts to evade billing controls.

To request a refund, contact support@itsmedia.net with the email address on your account, the approximate purchase date, the amount charged, and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact support@itsmedia.net first so we can review the account and billing record. Nothing in this Billing Policy limits rights you may have under applicable payment-network rules, consumer-protection laws, or your cardholder agreement.

Chargebacks, disputed payments, reversed payments, suspected fraud, or payment-method abuse may result in suspension, cancellation, downgrade, or limitation of paid access while the issue is reviewed.
