If you create or use an account, you are agreeing to provide accurate information, keep your login methods under your control, and accept responsibility for activity that happens through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

iTsChat provides access to fictional AI-generated companion interactions. The companions, messages, voices, personalities, images, and responses are simulated and AI-generated. No companion is a real person, human performer, escort, dating partner, therapist, medical provider, legal advisor, financial advisor, or emergency-support provider.

The Service does not provide real-world dating, escorting, prostitution, human companionship, in-person meetings, live human adult chat, or real-world sexual services.

You must be at least 21 years old to access or use the protected product flow, private chat, voice features, paid features, or any adult-oriented portion of the Service.

You may not use the Service if doing so is unlawful where you live or where you access the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, transmit, generate, or attempt to generate content involving:

1. minors, minor-coded characters, child sexualization, child exploitation, grooming, or apparent child sexual abuse material;
2. nonconsensual sexual content, sexual coercion, sexual blackmail, sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation;
3. real-person sexual impersonation, celebrity sexual impersonation, unauthorized use of a real person's likeness, unauthorized use of a real person's voice, or content that violates a person's privacy, publicity, or consent rights;
4. escorting, prostitution, illegal sexual services, or attempts to arrange real-world sexual activity;
5. doxing, stalking, harassment, threats, extortion, fraud, scams, malware, scraping, or attempts to bypass safety, access, billing, or provider controls;
6. illegal goods or services, regulated advice, medical advice, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, gambling, controlled substances, weapons, or other activities that require licenses or approvals we do not provide.

We may block, limit, suspend, remove, or report content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, provider policies, payment-processor requirements, or applicable law.

The Service depends on third-party providers for AI responses, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, hosting, security, analytics, payments, and other infrastructure. Your use of the Service must comply with our Terms and with applicable provider restrictions.

We may change, disable, filter, limit, or remove features, models, voices, outputs, prompts, companions, or account access when needed to comply with provider rules, payment-processor requirements, fraud controls, legal obligations, infrastructure limits, or safety requirements.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, repetitive, or inconsistent. Companion responses are generated automatically and should not be treated as statements by a real person or as professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output. You may not represent AI-generated messages, voices, images, or companion behavior as human-generated or as communications from a real person.

Paid features, resource credits, recurring plans, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the Billing Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Billing Policy regarding payment mechanics, cancellation, refunds, credits, or chargebacks, the Billing Policy controls for that billing issue unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Protected chat is an adult-oriented, age-gated product surface intended for private account use inside the service. Access to those surfaces does not give you ownership of the service, its models, or provider outputs outside the rights required to use the product.

You are responsible for the material you submit to the service and for ensuring that your use of generated or delivered content remains lawful. The service may retain operational records needed for continuity, billing, abuse prevention, support, and compliance.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account is violating these terms, creating legal or billing risk, abusing the product, threatening safety, or interfering with normal service operations.

We may also suspend or terminate access when required by provider constraints, fraud controls, legal process, or system maintenance. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request account or data deletion by emailing support@itsmedia.net while current self-serve deletion tooling remains limited to specific product surfaces such as protected chat-history clearing in account settings.

iTsChat is an evolving web-first product. Features, companion behavior, pricing, purchase options, and plan details may change as the service matures.

The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect model outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, iTs Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
